Today, the Government of Canada announced $252 million to support farmers, food businesses and food processors that provide essential services to Canadians every day by ensuring a safe and reliable food supply. The government also announced that it intends to propose an additional $200 million in borrowing capacity for the sector. More information.

PCL Construction

PCL Construction is doing everything it can across the company in regards to charitable giving during the pandemic, while also working to support front-line workers, trade partners and their communities. PCL is currently building portable virus testing centers to help with the massive amount of COVID-19 testing needed across North America. PCL Ottawa dropped off 15 negative air machines (Predator 750 units) to The Ottawa Hospital. In Edmonton, PCL’s industrial group was able to donate almost 1,000 N95 facemasks to front-line health care workers at Alberta Health Services.
